I mean, who could blame you?
What we do is incredibly fun. We are super fun to be around. We get the party started. We are stunningly gorgeous really nice and funny.
We also pay really well, and we do cool things for our instructors. On top of that, you’ll be leading the best dates in Charlotte. You’ll be helping people who think that they aren’t artists realize that they are artists. You’ll be giving people the confidence they need to make something new.
BUT…
If you’re gonna be a part of the crew, that means that we have to make sure you are cool enough to sit at our lunch table too.
We are looking for people who are:
Extroverted, and I mean all the time.
Hard working, like if you see something that needs to get done, you think, “I can do that”, instead of, “someone else will do that because I am lazy”.
You regularly go above and beyond to make a customer’s experience special and unique. We are in the business of making memories here, and a “that was fine” attitude simply won’t cut it.
You are excellent at taking photos and videos with iPhones and Android phones
You are good with working some of these hours every week:
Wednesday 5pm-8pm
Thursdays 5pm-8pm
Fridays 1pm-5pm, and 5pm-9:30pm
Saturdays 9:30am-3:30pm, and 3:30pm-9:30pm
Sundays 9:30am-5pm
Now the fun part:
Pay: $18 / hour
Choose your own shifts (must work 2 shifts per week)
Work more than 4 sessions a month and you get a massage at MoodHouse
Snacks and drinks for free
Uniform, including white converse shoes, white coveralls, and company t-shirts
Three days of paid training
